Women Get Real Ministries, Inc. is a non-profit organization. It was formed in 2014 to reach the hearts of women. The very purpose of Women Get Real is to help every woman become all they are destined to be in Christ Jesus and to bring hope and healing to the broken-hearted. It’s time for women to be released from the bondage of fear, and instead, live lives of faith – faith in God’s word, faith in God’s promises and faith in God’s character.

Meet Our Team

Jessica Landmon

Practical. Organized. Planner. These are some words that Jessica’s close circle would use to describe her. But, when the Holy Spirit asks her to do something, all that goes out the door. Her prayer each morning is that the Holy Spirit interrupts her plans and that He invites her to participate in His. Jessica founded Women Get Real Ministries in 2014. She has ministered to women’s groups for over a decade. Jessica was recently named as a 2016 Forty Under 40 Honoree by WomensMinistry.net. Jessica is happily married to her high school sweetheart, Chad, and is blessed with two beautiful children.

Shila Anderson

Shila has been happily married to the love of her life, Kip, for over 15 years and together they have two amazing children. Shila enjoys serving the Lord as a Youth Leader and Treasurer at The Cornerstone Church in Cheshire, CT. She has led numerous small groups for both teen girls and women and is blessed to be a part of Women Get Real Ministries. She has even has been known to jump out of a perfectly good airplane. Shila’s prayer is that all women know how beautiful they are and see themselves the way God sees them. Her favorite scripture is Psalm 139:14, “I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.”
